I use it for gluten-free baking since most of the books I have, recommended it or called for it in a recipe. This is so MUCH better than any of the other fava/garbanzo mixes by far. I could not get those flavors to work for me, somehow they were too beany/metallic or something. I made a cornbread with this, tapioca and potato starch and my family loved it. I think some people find this flour hard to get, but if possible, get it. It will give your baked goods a lot more texture, flavor and feel compared to rice flour. |
